How do I join?
Joining SECPTA is easy! Just click HERE to head to our Cheddar Up page where you can easily sign up and pay by credit card or with an e-check. Annual membership is $25 for the entire family. Membership benefits include discounted activities, free events, playgroups, great support community and so much more! Upon becoming a member, you will receive a welcome email explaining how to get involved and how to sign up for activities.
Do I have to be a resident of Strongsville to join the Early Childhood PTA?
Nope!
What kind of activities do you have?
We have a variety of activities for members including local children’s outings & activities such as trips to the zoo, indoor playgrounds, and play dates at the park. We also have larger children’s activities like discounted tickets to Disney on Ice or Monster Jam. We offer play groups, crafts, story times, seasonal children’s parties, and social events for moms, dads and couples as well.
How do playgroups work?
Playgroup sign ups start at the beginning of the year and playgroups are formed and begin to meet around October. However, you can sign up to join a playgroup at any time. We try to form groups based on what day of the week you can meet and what age of kids that are attending. Playgroup members decide how often to meet.

Do I have to attend the meetings?
Meeting attendance is not mandatory; however, it is a great way to learn about the organization, meet other members, and find out how to get involved.
