Founders Day
Every February 17th PTAs across the country celebrate the legacy and founding of the National PTA by Alice McLellan Birney, Phoebe Apperson Hearst and Selena Sloan Butler more than 120 years ago. During the Founder’s Day event, individuals who demonstrated outstanding service through the year are presented with the Ohio PTA Achievement Award.
